First Mac Bought

So on Thursday (7/11/2009) i've purchased my first Macintosh computer which is a MacBook. My Acer laptop has finally had it's day although i've had it for 4-5 years and it has done a superb job.

Acer Laptop Specifications:

Intel Celeron M 1.4Ghz
512mB RAM
80GB HDD although originally it had a 40GB HDD which was stock.
Built in graphics card
Windows XP SP3

MacBook Specifications:

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13Ghz
2GB RAM
160GB HDD
nVidia GeForce 9400M Graphics Card
Mac OSX - Snow Leopard

This is the first time i've ever owned a Mac based computer and i'm still getting the hang of the keyboard as the functions are a little bit different from a Windows keyboard. I had made the choice to buy a Mac because of the security and similarities to Linux. It also has Apple Care which gives the laptop 3 years warranty.

iPod Nano 4gb, 4th Generation

On the 7th of October, I finally purchased an iPod Nano 4GB, 4th generation. I found out the 4GB, 4th generation Nano's are a limited model produced by Apple. A limited number of them have been made for the international market according to an Apple spokesperson. Overall, I am very happy with it. It has all the features I wanted such as a screen and movie/video capability.

I'm a Fat Pizza fan

Just for those who don't know what Fat Pizza is, it's an Australian comedy TV show primarily based on a group of young hooligans working in a pizza shop. The boys always get up to some sort of mischief throughout each episode. I absolutely love watching any Fat Pizza episode mainly because of it's cheeky style humor and stupidity. As a matter in fact i have uploaded some classic Fat Pizza videos. They can be viewed at my YouTube profile.
