First Mac Bought

So on Thursday (7/11/2009) i've purchased my first Macintosh computer which is a MacBook. My Acer laptop has finally had it's day although i've had it for 4-5 years and it has done a superb job.

Acer Laptop Specifications:

Intel Celeron M 1.4Ghz
512mB RAM
80GB HDD although originally it had a 40GB HDD which was stock.
Built in graphics card
Windows XP SP3

MacBook Specifications:

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13Ghz
2GB RAM
160GB HDD
nVidia GeForce 9400M Graphics Card
Mac OSX - Snow Leopard

This is the first time i've ever owned a Mac based computer and i'm still getting the hang of the keyboard as the functions are a little bit different from a Windows keyboard. I had made the choice to buy a Mac because of the security and similarities to Linux. It also has Apple Care which gives the laptop 3 years warranty.

Hyper Deejays feat Jenna C – Don’t Stop Movin (FuJaa Remix)

My latest remix is Hyper Deejays feat Jenna C - Don’t Stop Movin (FuJaa). This song was predominantly remixed for ravers, shufflers, hardstyle and jumpstyle dance. The original song and vocals were made and produced Livin’ Joy.

The original song of Don’t Stop Movin below

The remixed song has a fast tempo and up keeping beat to keep you dancing for a long time. This remix has been made by myself and my DJ name is FuJaa.

Song Quality: 320kbps

Song Size: 14MB

You may download the remixed song free at the following places:

iPod Nano 4gb, 4th Generation

On the 7th of October, I finally purchased an iPod Nano 4GB, 4th generation. I found out the 4GB, 4th generation Nano's are a limited model produced by Apple. A limited number of them have been made for the international market according to an Apple spokesperson. Overall, I am very happy with it. It has all the features I wanted such as a screen and movie/video capability.

I'm a Fat Pizza fan

Just for those who don't know what Fat Pizza is, it's an Australian comedy TV show primarily based on a group of young hooligans working in a pizza shop. The boys always get up to some sort of mischief throughout each episode. I absolutely love watching any Fat Pizza episode mainly because of it's cheeky style humor and stupidity. As a matter in fact i have uploaded some classic Fat Pizza videos. They can be viewed at my YouTube profile.

You can find Fat Pizza's official website/myspace.

Whipper Snipper Bike

I have successfully made a whipper snipper powered bike. The specifications are a 25cc talon 2-stroke motor mounted on a huffy bicycle. It is friction driven by the spindle driving the back tyre.

Problems incurred:
1. Tyre wear down quickly
2. Slippage between the spindle and the tyre
3. Excessive heat from the spindle, due to the friction and high RPM

Latest 'Audiosurf' Gameplay Video

I’ve been talking about Audiosurf a lot lately. If you have no idea what the game is about, think of what would happen if someone crosses Tetris, Guitar Hero and Wipeout. That’s basically what you get with Audiosurf. Audiosurf will basically analyze your music and synchronize it to the gameplay tracks. The songs are even analyzed for mood and intensity. Here’s the latest gameplay video that surfaced on YouTube:

Torrent-Realm - http://www.torrentrealm.com will be down for a long time. I will still keep re-registering the domain and I may re-open Torrent-Realm in 5 - 10 years time. By then I will have a few dollars saved up.

Dare Devil Dude

When I was in year 7 this guy tried breaking a 1 inch thick piece of wood with his head and body. He was not successful and ended up hurting himself. Please DO NOT try this at home! I was the person filming the stunt.

Re-Design of School Website

I am very excited at re-designing my schools website. The I.T. Admin has provided me and my friend our own test pc/server to work on. The pc we are provided with is an old pentium 3 with windows xp. We are going to wipe off xp and install ubuntu. My friend is really good at making flash and graphics while i am good at coding the html and php. I am thinking of coding the website xhtml as it is recommended by w3.org! My friend and i not only code our schools website, but we can also code your website. You can check our website for more info at http://www.rswdesign.com :D
